I am glad to be back on this blog, and wanted to share with you all today a list of my favorite fragrances for Spring & Summer.
This year, Spring is awfully late, very rainy, windy and way too cold here in southern France, so I turn to my fave scents for comfort... ;-)
I did manage to take some pictures of blooming flowers here and there, too (see above photo). But despite the blossoming roses, weather is kind of funny in 2013.
So... the frags I wear during the spring / summer season are either layers of two scents or just one stand-alone scent.
Fragrance layering:
I mix my sensual white floral scent Jo Malone's "Orange Blossom"
with a more tart, citrus frag, such as Roger & Gallet's moisturizing cologne "Eau des Bienfaits"
or Bvlgari's "Eau Parfumée au Thé Vert"
or Weleda's citrus liquid deodorant that I use as a citrusy cologne - it doesn't work as a deodorant, anyway...
Please note: Weleda makes organic cosmetics since the 1920's... Very good quality, affordable brand.
Last layering option is with the very elegant and light Roger & Gallet's "Eau parfumée de Shiso"
Perfumes I simply wear on their own are:
Prada's "Infusion d'Iris" 'Eau de Toilette)
or Yves Rocher's "Tendre Jasmin"
